Brown Consulting’s planning capabilities include concept, master plan and strategic planning services for Greenfield, Brownfield and in-fill developments. We facilitate and prepare planning applications to use and develop land, including applications to amend Planning instruments and the preparation of Development Control and Structure plans. We know and understand the requirements of the State government planning authorities and the local Councils. We regularly meet with Councils and servicing authorities on behalf of our clients, creating solid relationships with the authorities which assist us to promptly deliver the project outcomes sought by our clients.

We can manage all forms of planning approvals including Major Projects, negotiations on conditions of approval and developer agreements. Our goal is to deliver the desired Planning outcome for all forms of development. The broad range of skills and years of experience within our planning team provide us with the capability to manage a diverse range of projects on behalf of our clients and to manage budgets and projected timelines.
