Brown Consulting Melbourne is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Surveyor to join our Urban Development team.
 
As an experienced Licensed Surveyor you will be instrumental in the delivery of cadastral advice and documentation for land and apartment development projects and related residential and infrastructure projects.
 
You will report to the Manager of Surveying and will be instrumental in performing senior Surveying duties including:
 
  • Assisting in the day to day overseeing of field work and party leaders.
  • Assisting the Survey Manager with business development.
  • Ensuring the processing of survey data and preparation of technical documentation is in accordance with statutory regulations and client instructions.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, developers and other key stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical software/instruments.
 
To be considered for the role of Licensed Surveyor you will be degree qualified with demonstrated experience in a previous land development role.  Your proven ability to communicate effectively will see you successful in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
