Due to ongoing growth and recent project wins nationally, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12D Designer to join our Urban Development division in our Sydney office.

We are seeking motivated and proven performers to immediately make an impact on new and existing projects.  You will ideally have a minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Civil Designer, with skills in 12D, AutoCAD, PC Drain and PC Sewer. In addition, you will have extensive experience working on a variety of urban development, infrastructure and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare designs and documentation for engineering projects


• Liaise with local councils and other authorities in respect with the preparation of designs and approval processes


• Ensure company and client deadlines, commitments and expectations are met


• Follow procedures and instructions in performance of design tasks or as instructed by the Project Manager.


• Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgement in anticipating and solving design issues.

Selection Criteria:

• 6+ years’ experience in design of urban development, residential subdivision and infrastructure projects


• Formal qualifications / Advanced Diploma (Engineering/Civil)


• Skilled and experienced in AutoCAD, 12D, PC Drain and PC Sewer would be advantageous


• Demonstrated ‘eye for detail’


• Strong design capability


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
