Brown Consulting's urban development portfolio spans master planned communities, large-scale subdivisions, medium-density townhouses and retirement villages. We are experienced in delivering comprehensive design and documentation for all forms of civil infrastructure and we are also involved in all elements of the development process.
Due to ongoing projects and continued growth within our business we are seeking to employ both Project Managers & Senior Project Managers for our Land Development group.
Duties and responsibilities will include:

Leading a variety of land development engineering projects.

Strong involvement in all phases of the development process, from conception through to design.

Contract vetting & preparation.

Relationship management with key stakeholders including clients, local authorities, contractors and internal parties.
To be considered for the role of Project Manager/Senior Project Manager you will:
-
Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, or other relevant qualification.

Demonstrate extensive local civil engineering & project management experience.
-
Demonstrate extensive experience in previous mixed use, medium density & residential subdivision projects.
-
Possess strong communication skills, particularly in the preparation of contracts and other project related documentation.
