Brown Consulting’s Graduate Program is designed to recruit, nurture and develop graduate engineers into our future leaders.  A two-year program focuses on your development by equipping you with a wide variety of industry leading skills and knowledge.  You will gain experience in a discipline that is aligned to your specific development needs and interests, with many opportunities to excel on a wide range of engineering related projects and activities.

All Graduates are assigned a mentor that will promote and assist your development. Mentors will also advise on career decisions and support you in the transition from university to working life.
