Alex Avenue is Mirvac owned, 260 residential lot development, which includes construction of medium density housing. Brown Consulting has been engaged to deliver project management, development application preparation and engineering design services, as well as the provision of infrastructure advice to help the developers assess the value of the project prior to deciding to purchase the land parcels. Brown has also prepared feasibility costings and utility servicing strategy options and will then follow through with the execution of engineering and town planning services.

Bellvista II is a proposed masterplanned community at Caloundra. The development has been designated as an Urban Development Area by the ULDA and was first fast-tracked to assist in abating housing affordability issues. The proposal includes approximately 750 residential allotments and a retail component comprising approximately 4500m2 of gross floor area. |
Harrison Four is the final land release in the suburb of Harrison, located approximately 2.5 km south east of the Gungahlin Town Centre in Canberra. The development will include a mix of residential blocks to cater for anticipated dwelling demand. Harrison 4 comprises 31.5 hectares of undeveloped land, bounded by the Well Station Heritage precinct to the north and a proposed extension to Well Station Drive to the south.
Brown Consulting is engaged to provide infrastructure advice in relation to the rezoning and development of 1,700ha of land in the suburb of Rochedale, a semi-rural community 17km south of Brisbane’s CBD. When complete, the precinct will feature a town centre with a supermarket, cafes and professional services facilities.
Oran Park Town will create approx. 2,500 lots with a potential total yield of 12,000+ lots. Oran Park Town will contain a large Town Centre with over (50,000m 2) of retails and several hectares of commercial floor space. The Town Centre will be the main focal point of the site. This major infrastructure includes the provision of two access roads to the heart of the project each over 1.5km in length, the provision of major retention, water quality and the construction of the sales and information centre.
Alamanda is a 130ha, 1,500 residential lot, 18-stage masterplanned community. The development won the prestigious 2010 National UDIA Award – Residential Development of the Year (250+ lots) as well as the 2009 Best Residential Development (250+ lots) category.
The community features multiple wetlands (totaling 5ha). The numerous viewing platforms and timber boardwalks and walking and cycling tracks enhance the environmental features of the development.
