Oran Park Town will create approx. 2,500 lots with a potential total yield of 12,000+ lots. Oran Park Town will contain a large Town Centre with over (50,000m 2) of retails and several hectares of commercial floor space. The Town Centre will be the main focal point of the site. This major infrastructure includes the provision of two access roads to the heart of the project each over 1.5km in length, the provision of major retention, water quality and the construction of the sales and information centre.

Education is one of the Town’s main points of differentiation. There are three major K-12 school sites catering for private, public and special needs school and provision retirement villages within walking distance of the town centre. Walkability is another focal point with roads, cyclepath and footpaths designed to allow for maximum permeability. Provision of major sporting fields has been provided within the early works to establish these prior to the construction of the housing.
