Brown Consulting is engaged to provide infrastructure advice in relation to the rezoning and development of 1,700ha of land in the suburb of Rochedale, a semi-rural community 17km south of Brisbane’s CBD. When complete, the precinct will feature a town centre with a supermarket, cafes and professional services facilities.

FKP are also planning a community centre with a pool, meeting rooms and sports centre. In addition, the master plan features a business park and mixed-use residential housing with large home sites and multi-storey unit developments. By 2025, 22,000 people will call Rochedale home or their place of work.
