Jarrah Townhouse Estate

Located in Bundoora, 20km north of the Melbourne CBD, the Jarrah Townhouse Estate has been designed to provide its residents with contemporary living that embraces the Australian environment. Set amongst fully landscaped gardens that feature native Australian plants, Jarrah Estate comprises 88 architect-designed two-storey townhouses with open plan living.

Brown Consulting completed the entire survey and subdivisional documentation for the project and was involved from the pre-purchase phase right through to delivery of the new Titles.

Northbank Place

Northbank Place

Northbank Place is a unique development of residential, commercial, retail and arts/market style outlets. The revitalisation of what was an old car park into a modern precinct commenced in April 2007. The development is located opposite the Crown Casino, adjacent to Batman Park and facing Flinders Street. Northbank Place was completed in stages from November 2008 to May 2009 with the total value of the project in excess of $200 million.

Flinders Wharf Apartments
