Elizabeth Hills incorporates the development of around 630 residential lots on a site of 56ha for Mirvac Homes. Commencing in 2008 Brown Consulting originally assisted with the engineering components of the site Masterplan and rezoning process and is now engaged for full project management, development applications, engineering design and construction supervision services.

Tiverton Grange Estate is a 44-lot residential estate on 3.67ha of land in Mooroolbark, Victoria. Situated in an established area, this estate can be classified as residential infill. Brown Consulting commenced with the provision of development advice to the client and followed with the provision of complete consultancy services incorporating town planning, land surveying, engineering and project management.
As part of a nationwide expansion program, Bunnings is opening numerous new stores in NSW metropolitan and country locations. Brown Consulting was contracted to deliver Development Consents for three new stores and provide due diligence for a number of potential new development sites.
