Elizabeth Hills, NSW

Elizabeth Hills incorporates the development of around 630 residential lots on a site of 56ha for Mirvac Homes. Commencing in 2008 Brown Consulting originally assisted with the engineering components of the site Masterplan and rezoning process and is now engaged for full project management, development applications, engineering design and construction supervision services.

The Brown Consulting Town Planning team is responsible for the planning environmental assessment statements to accompany each subdivision application. The subdivision is occurring over 6 stages including one stage incorporating a 76 lot integrated housing development which provides for housing on small lots and studios over garages.
