Tenterfield has just been announced as the winner of the 2009 URBAN DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF AUSTRALIA (UDIA) NATIONAL AWARD FOR AFFORDABLE DEVELOPMENT at this year's National Awards for Excellence.

Tenterfield is a 108ha masterplanned development and when completed will provide homes for some 3000 people. Land prices are said to be 10 to 15% below the average for this area with 80% of sales being within the lower price quartile.

This latest award follows on from the UDIA Excellence Award the Estate received in 2007 for the best Residential Development of more than 250 lots and the Stormwater Industry Association Victoria (SIAV) Stormwater Innovation Award in 2005.
